Returns and Refunds Policy

You may initiate a refund request within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

The Costumer is responsible for the return shipping costs, amounting to €15, which will be deducted from the refunded product cost.

Ensure that the returned product is in its original packaging, suitable for resale, with all labels intact. The box must be undamaged, free of tears or holes. The product should be unused, defect-free, and include the intact instruction manual. Include any additional packaging with the returned goods, using the original box or package for shipping. Avoid attaching return labels directly to the original box.

Please note that the return policy does not cover the following products:

• - Custom-made or explicitly personalized items.

Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted via email to info@yokotower.com, providing:

1. - First and Last Name
2. - Phone Number
3. - Order identification number
4. - Description of the product for return/exchange
5. - Reason for return/exchange
6. - Specify return or exchange request

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days after receiving the product, excluding shipping costs.

YokoTower will issue the refund by re-crediting the due amount to the specified debit/credit card or Paypal account used during the order.

Specifically, Consumers residing in France may exercise their conformity warranty rights within two years of delivery of the goods without having to produce proof of the defect or lack of conformity. The time period for which the Consumer is exempt from producing proof is reduced to six months in the case of used goods.

By exercising the right of warranty, the Consumer may choose between requesting replacement or repair of the defective good under the conditions specified in the French Consumer Code.

This legal guarantee of conformity is applicable irrespective of any additional commercial warranty granted by the Holder.

The Consumer may also exercise the warranty right for hidden defects under the relevant provisions of the French Civil Code, choosing between withdrawal from the purchase and a price reduction.
